In order to keep heat loss from machine cylinders to a minimum, they should be insulated with a new type of heat insulation pads.
The insulation pads are placed around the heating bands of the machine cylinders and secured with quick-release fasteners.
Overlapping parts (heating band connections, heat sensors etc.) will be recessed during production according to measurements.
The insulation pads are approx. 20 cm thick and made of non-ageing glass fibre with a filling of insulating mineral wool.
The temperature resistance is around 500° C.
The conservation of energy differs, but is always so big that the cost of purchase has been written off within just a few months.

To make a pre-purchase inquiry or place an order, please send a sketch with exact measurements of the machine cylinder to be insulated and exact specifications of the type of machine.
Please measure all heating band terminal boxes, heat sensors and other overlapping parts that will need to be recessed during the production of the insulation pads.
Please measure the circumference of the cylinder over heating bands, heating band hinges and connections.
Add on 80 mm to determine the outer circumference of the insulation pads.
The individual insulation pads should not be wider than 500 - 600 mm. Installation is simple and can be carried out easily in hot machines due to use of quick-release fasteners.
As a result of made-to measure production and high level of flexibility, even complex surfaces can be insulated
