  • Adezivi pentru asamblarea dispozitivelor medicale
  • Aplicațiile tipice în ingineria medicală includ lipirea și etanșarea carcaselor transparente din policarbonat sau acrilice, formate din două piese
  • Acestea sunt carcasele filtrelor de dializă și oxigenatoarelor de sânge sau lipirea componentelor plastice ale sacilor de sânge
  • Supapele de diferite dimensiuni pot fi de asemenea lipite simplu și rapid cu adezivii Panacol.
  • Adezivii recomandați sunt certificați pentru a respecta standardele de biocompatibilitate și sunt disponibili în diverse viscosități.
  • Astfel, se creează conexiuni transparente între piesele din plastic.
  • O gamă de adezivi Panocol UV cu aderență foarte bună la o varietate largă de plastice este disponibilă pentru selecția adezivului.
  • Dacă componentele care urmează a fi lipite nu sunt transparente sau permeabile la razele UV, se recomandă utilizarea adezivilor care se întăresc prin umiditate sau căldură 
  • Cele două piese ale unui filtru de dializă din plastic sunt lipite cu un adeziv fluorescent de la Panacol
