Adezivi conducticvi electric placi de baza
- Adezivii conductivi electric sunt soluția perfectă pentru realizarea contactelor electrice pe plăci de circuite
- Adezivi conductiviu electric sunt mult mai flexibili decât sârma de lipit și, prin urmare, sunt mai bine capabili să suporte vibrațiile.
- Pot fi imprimați prin jet sau plotați permițând producția unor conductori mult mai delicati decât cei obținuți prin lipire
- Adezivii conductori sunt lipși de plumb și solvenți
- Există două tipuri de adezivi conductori electrici: isotropi și anisotropi.
- Adezivii conductori isotropi (ICA) sunt conductori electric în toate direcțiile
- Utilizați în aplicații precum contactarea și lipirea componentelor SMD conductoare electric
- Adezivii conductori anisotropi (ACA) conduc electricitatea doar într-o singură direcție
- Acești adezivi sunt folosiți în multe structuri sensibile de pe plăcile de circuite, precum:
conexiunile LCD sau
contactarea FPC (circuite flexibile imprimate). - Elecolit®, Panacol oferă o gamă largă de adezivi conductori electrici:
adezivi monocomponenti care pot fi aplicați simplu cu dozatoare sau jet, sau prin imprimare pe ecran
adezivi bicomponenti care se întăresc la temperatura camerei și au o durată lungă de păstrare
