Adezivi conductivi electric electronica
- Lipire în loc de lipire cu sârmă:
- Adezivii conductivi electric au numeroase avantaje față de procesele tradiționale de lipire cu sârmă.
- Adezivii conductivi sunt soluția perfectă pentru realizarea contactelor electrice
- Pe substraturi sensibile la temperatură, deoarece temperatura de întărire a acestora este clar sub cea a lipirii cu sârmă
- Adezivii sunt mult mai flexibili decât sârma de lipit si sunt mai rezistenți la vibrații.
- Un alt avantaj față de lipirea cu sârmă este faptul că adezivii conductivi sunt fără plumb și solvenți.
- Adezivii Elecolit® reprezinta o gamă largă de adezivi mono-componenti conductivi electric:
- Aplicați simplu eu pompe sau jeturi sau prin imprimare în ecran,
- Adezivui bicomponenti cu întăresc la temperatura camerei și au o durată lungă de păstrare.
- Sisteme inovatoare de întărire în multe dintre adezivii epoxidici pe bază de un singur component dezvoltă întărirea în câteva minute.
