- PowerFill replaces the tank lid of the hotmelt system.
- Once the level sensor detects a lack of material the feeder switches on.
- The lance absorbs the granules from the storage container.
- In doing so, an integrated vibrator looses potential clumping.
- The feeder switches of as soon as the specified filling level is reached.
- The system can be installed on any of the usual glue applicators
- Suction conveyor with feed hopper and receiver
- 3 metre flexible feed hose
- Double wall pipe for optimisation of the dew point
- Large air filter for optimum ventilation
- Optimised glue feeding prevents hot vapours from entering the hose
- Sensor and control system for glue filling quantity and automatic on/off switch
- Base plate replaces tank cover
- Optional: Wheeled container with approx. 120 l volume
